How to confirm strong BUY signal

Strong BUY signal should match following conditions:

• Candle color should be in GREEN color
• Trend line should be in GREEN color
• Live candle should be above the trend line
• We can take BUY at the entry price with strict stop loss and targets (target-1 or target-2)

Safe Exit Zone | Neutral Trend

It is easy to predict BUY | SELL in trending market. Whereas, sometimes market will move Sideways and it is hard to predict the trend in a sideways market.

To minimize the risk ratio and to filter sideways market, we have introduced a concept called NEUTRAL TREND or SAFE EXIT ZONE.

Neutral Trend is represented as follows

• Candle color should change to WHITE color
• Live candle should be overlapped with TREND LINE (or moves to opposite direction)
• At this time, one can safely exit thier current position with minimum risk and wait for re-entry or new entry.
• Depending on the market trend, target and stoploss range might vary. .
• NEUTRAL TREND will be helpful to exit the position at minimum profit of small loss.
